Kinshofer Poliepgrijper

Die einzigartigen KINSHOFER Mehrschalengreifer sind das Ergebnis aus vielen Jahren Erfahrung, Entwicklung und Tests in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Niederlassungen und Kunden. Über die Jahre hinweg wurden die Mehrschalengreifer stetig weiterentwickelt und verbessert, bis schließlich die heutige Version fertig wurde – für Viele der beste Mehrschalengreifer auf dem Markt!
Die P-Serie der ist mit drei, vier oder fünf Greifarmen erhältlich, je nach Typ und Version, und in vier unterschiedlichen Schalentypen, je nach Anwendung:
    •    Vollschalen (F)
    •    Halbschalen (H)
    •    Breite Schalen (W)
    •    Schmale Schalen (T)
Ölverteiler und Hydraulikschläuche liegen geschützt im Schalenträger verbaut. Die Hydraulikzylinder sind mit Kolbenstangenschutz ausgestattet und hydraulisch gedämpft. Ein gutes Eintauchverhalten und Loslassen der Lasten ergibt sich durch die große Öffnungsweite. 
Die Mehrschalengreifer gibt es Ausführungen mit Drehmotor oder integriertem Drehwerk (Heavy Duty) mit Vierpunktlagerung, je nach Typ.  
Die Heavy Duty Version ist mit soliden Endanschlägen ausgestattet, passgenauen Verdrehsicherungen, verstärkten Bolzen und spezialbeschichteten Vollstahlbuchsen. 

Eine Version für den Festanbau mit drei Greifarmen (P25VR HD) ist erhältlich für Bagger mit bis zu 25t Dienstgewicht, speziell entwickelt für schwere Arbeiten.

Kinshofer P22V mit vier oder fünf Armen für Bagger mit 16 bis 22t Dienstgewicht, mit einer Traglast von 7000 kg bei einer Öffnungsweite von 1910 mm. Das Paket beinhaltet: Mehrschalengreifer, 10t-Drehmotor, Kopfplatte und Rückschlagventil.    

Kinshofer P25VR HD Poliepgrijper met vast aanbouw, 3 schalen en een inhoud van 600 l of 800 l voor de overslag van schroot of metaalafval. Voor machines tot 25 ton bedrijfsgewicht.

Kinshofer P30VHD Poliepgrijper met 4 of 5 schalen en een inhoud van 600l of 800l voor de overslag van schroot of metaalafval. Voor machines tot 30 ton bedrijfsgewicht.

Kinshofer P40VHD Poliepgrijper met 3, 4 of 5 schalen en een inhoud van 600 l, 800 l, 1000 l, 1250 l of 1500 l voor de overslag van schroot of metaalafval. Voor machines tot 40 ton bedrijfsgewicht.

Kinshofer P51VHD Poliepgrijper met 4 of 5 schalen en een inhoud van 1000 l, 1250 l of 1500 l voor de overslag van schroot of metaalafval. Voor machines tot 50 ton bedrijfsgewicht.

Kinshofer P80VHD mit vier oder fünf Armen für Bagger mit 50 bis 80t Dienstgewicht, mit einer Traglast von 10000 kg bei Öffnungsweiten von 2770 bis zu 3540 mm, je nach Inhalt. Das Paket beinhaltet: Mehrschalengreifer, integriertes Drehwerk, Kopfplatte, Schlauchschutz, Bodenplatte mit Aufhängeöse, Rückschlagventil

 

The KINSHOFER orange peel grabs are the result of many year of experience, research, development and testing in collaboration with our subsidiaries and clients.
Throughout the years, the orange peel grabs have been further developed and improved, until today’s version had finally been ready – for many the best orange peel grab range on the market!

The P-series orange peel grabs are available with three, four or five tines, depending on type and version, and in four different tine profiles for a perfect fit to your task:
• Fully closing tines (F)
• Half closing tines (H)
• Wide style of pointed tines (W)
• Pointed Tines (T)

Oil distribution and hydraulic hoses are protected in the center section. The hydraulic cylinders are fitted with replaceable piston rod protections and are hydraulically cushioned. Wide opening ranges guarantee a good penetration and release behavior.

The orange peel grabs are available with rotator or integrated rotation (heavy duty) with sturdy slewing, depending on the type.
The heavy duty version features solid end stops, accurate fittings, reinforced bolts and large bearing surfaces amongst others.

There is also a rigid mount version (P25VR HD) available with three tines for excavators with up to 25t operating weight, that has been developed especially for heavy duty task.

 

Kinshofer P22V with four or five tines for excavators with 16 to 22t / 35200 to 48400 lbs operating weight and a load capacity of 7000 kg / 15400 lbs at an opening of 1910 mm / 75.50 in. The package includes: grab, 10t-rotator, head plate and non-return valve.

Kinshofer P25VR HD with three tines for excavators with 18 to 25t / 39600 to 55000 lbs operating weight and a load capacity of 3000 kg / 6600 lbs at an opening of 2200 mm / 86.61 in. The package includes: grab, integrated rotation, head plate, hose guard, bolt-on bottom plate with welded lifting eye, non-return valve.

Kinshofer P30VHD with four or five tines for excavators with 20 to 30t / 44000 to 66000 lbs operating weight and a load capacity of 7000 kg / 15400 lbs at an opening of 2130 mm / 86.61 in at 600 l / 0.78 c.y. volume and 2290 mm / 90.16 at 800 l / 1.05 c.y. volume. The package includes: grab, integrated rotation, head plate, hose guard, bolt-on bottom plate with welded lifting eye, non-return valve.

Kinshofer P40VHD with three, four or five tines for excavators with 26 to 40t / 57200 to 88000 lbs operating weight and a load capacity of 6000 kg / 13200 lbs with three tines and 10000 kg / 22000 lbs with four or five tines at openings of 2200 up to 2835 mm / 86.61 up to 111.61 in at different volumes. The package includes: grab, integrated rotation, head plate, hose guard, bolt-on bottom plate with welded lifting eye, non-return valve.

Kinshofer P51VHD with four or five tines for excavators with 36 to 50t / 79200 to 110000 lbs operating weight and a load capacity of 10000 kg / 22000 lbs at openings of 2440 up to 2840 mm / 96.06 up to 111.81 in at different volumes. The package includes: grab, integrated rotation, head plate, hose guard, bolt-on bottom plate with welded lifting eye, non-return valve.

Kinshofer P80VHD with four or five tines for excavators with 50 to 80t / 110000 to 176000 lbs operating weight and a load capacity of 10000 kg / 22000 lbs at openings of 2770 up to 3540 mm / 109.06 up to 139.37 in at different volumes. The package includes: grab, integrated rotation, head plate, hose guard, bolt-on bottom plate with welded lifting eye, non-return valve.
