KM 930E and KM 930P Pole Grabs:
The KM 930E manipulator is the ideal tool to lift and position tubes and poles. The maneuverability is guaranteed due to three hydraulic functions: grab, rotate and tilt (3rd hydraulic circuit required).
Featuring an endless rotation (depending on the type either with 15t-rotator or integrated rotation), the KINSHOFER manipulators can master high load capacities from 1000 kg / 2200 lbs to 2000 kg / 4400 lbs. The secure retention of loads is guaranteed thanks to the integrated non-return valve and gripper pads at the tine tips.
The KM 930P pole grab is also destined to lift, handle and position tubes and poles. The grab features a 360° endless rotation providing a precise positioning due to the integrated rotation with two motors and two brakes (KM 930-3000P even with four motors!). High load capacities and a secure retention of loads is guaranteed thanks to the integrated non-return valve and gripper pads at the tine tips.
KM 930HPX Pipe Grab:
The KM 930HPX pipe grab with the maintenance-free HPXdrive has been developed especially for the secure lifting and positioning of poles and tubes for excavators with up to 9t / 19800 lbs operating weight. The revolutionary HPXdrive-concept generates the rotation of the arms by two hollow shafts which run opposed and have a helix thread, hydraulically driven by a
single piston.
There are no hydraulic cylinders required!
A longer life cycle of up to 50% and the integrated self-lubrication as the drive unit runs in a permanent oil bath are also featured by the drive, as well as the compact design, making the HPXdrive resistant to dirt and debris. Versatility is granted by different types of available shells that can easily be refitted onto the unit.
The perfect alternative to cylinder-operated grapples that do not only save time and cost, but also facilitate every task.
An optional PU-coating of the shells provides for a better grip.
KM 932MB Barrier Lifter:
The KM 932MB barrier lifter is a mechanical grapple for the fast and convenient handling of concrete barriers and blocks. The carbide gripping pads ensure a safe operation, even on wet or coated surfaces. The fully integrated, mechanically operated “latch & release” system (functions automatically each time the load line is slackened ) allows the unit to function independently, without assistance from a ground man. Multi-position arms are a standard feature, meaning that one unit can achieve different gripping ranges by simply changing a pin position. The elimination of slings and chains means that more cycles can be achieved per hour.
KM 931 3-Axes-Manipulator
The 3-axes-manipulator KM 931 features maximum manoeuvrability of your attachments at the loader crane‘s tip – and provides flexibility of the loader crane‘s use in any arc position. Suited for mobile and fix mounted loader cranes.
High loads and precise positioning by the KINSHOFER rotator with either mechanically acting hydraulic brake for the rotating movement (KM 931-500) or with a self-locking worm drive (KM 931-1000) are only some features of the KINSHOFER 3-axes-manipulator.
KM 930E available for excavators with 7 up to 25t / 15400 to 26400 lbs operating weight with load capacities of 1000 or 2000 kg / 2200 or 4400 lbs for pole diameters of 70 to 300 mm / 2.76 to 11.81 in (two tines, 15t-rotator) or 250 to 600 mm / 9.84 to 23.62 in (four tines, integrated rotation). The package includes: manipulator, rotator/integrated rotation, hydraulically unlockable brake and non-return valve.
KM 930P available for excavators with 7 up to 25t / 15400 to 26400 lbs operating weight with load capacities of 1000 up to 3000 kg / 2200 up to 6600 lbs for pole diameters of 70 to 300 mm / 2.76 to 11.81 in and two, four or six tines, depending on the type. The package includes: pole grab, integrated rotation and non-return valve.
KM 930HPX available for excavators with 5 up to 9t / 11000 to 19800 lbs operating weight with load capacities of 1000 or 2000 kg / 2200 or 4400 lbs for tube diameters of 70 to 400 mm / 2.76 to 15.75 in. The package includes: pipe grab, rotator and HPXdrive (standard or heavy duty, depending on the type) and locking valve.
KM 932MB with a load capacity of up to 6580 kg / 14476 lbs and a gripping range of 100 to 300 mm or 285 to 400 mm / 3.9 to 12.2 in or 11.2 to 15.8 in, depending on the type.
KM 931 available for loader cranes with load capacities of 500 or 1000 kg / 1100 or 2200 lbs, slewing angles of 135° or 130° and a tilting angle of ± 40° at an endless rotation of 360°. The package includes: manipulator, rotator (KM 931-500) or worm drive (KM 931-1000) and non-return valve.
