We carry out welding activities for several customers in addition to repairs.
We are specialized in welding wear parts for all brands of pulverizers, scissors and combi shears.
We also give the changeable parts of Demarec tools a second life.
Our welders have the right training and know exactly how to do it so that little material change takes place.
First weld with a standard wire and then a layer of hard-top over it.
Also how the wear parts are first heated and then have to cool down slowly in blankets is known to our welders.
For most shears and wearing parts, we have molds to restore everything to the correct shape. The tools can then continue for a while with the same or better quality wearing parts.

Especially for the slightly lighter transhipment cranes and crawler cranes that do temporary transhipment work, we have developed a light budget grab. The new type Kinshofer C30VHD is lightly built with a 15 tons rotator. The grabber has several advantages, which means that the customer / user makes optimum returns.

And off course it is a solid German grab:

In addition, there is more than enough closing force thanks to the long stroke cylinders and large lever moment. Despite all this, this robust grab weighs very little compared to fellow grab builders. As a result, fuel is saved again and the number of cubic meters per hour increases.
A 1500 liter transfer grapple weighs about 1270 kilos and if the grabber is well lubricated the customers use it for many years.

The grab will be presented at the TKD trade fair in late May. From then on there are 5 to rent from the rental fleet in different sizes.

With the budget grabber and the new large HPX, we can operate all segments of transhipment.

The C40 HPX contains the patented HPXdrive from Kinshofer, which makes the Re-Handling Clamshell Buckets stand out from all other transfer grapples. The HPXdrive no longer has conventional cylinders, but the swivel is generated by the grabs via a piston with two opposing helical gears. They transfer the force to two axes to which the scales are attached via a clamp connection. This results in the benefits of the HPXdrive technology that lead to a longer service life and more profitability.
The HPXdrive has an internal lubrication system which means that it is maintenance-free. The operator no longer needs to lubricate every few hours, but can continue working on the crane.

As Mr. van Oord already indicates, it is possible to hang different types of scales on the HPXdrive. This only takes a few minutes and ensures that the grab is multifunctional and does not require a new grab for every job.

The operation is as follows: manually or mechanically a hole is drilled in the concrete, then you use the crane to lower the splitter in the hole, then you can set different depths to the tip of the splitter.The concrete and the armament will break, which can then be easily removed with a crane.
With the Yamamoto concrete splitter, explosives are no longer needed, there is no noise and vibrations and there is guaranteed to be a good result. In addition, the Yamamoto 0concrete splitters are easy to operate.
